The thematic corner depicts the Maternity Hospital where children learn about the whole process from fertilization to birth, learn about the needs of mothers and (unborn) children, both in terms of nursing, eating, sleeping and feeding nutrients. Since not only a baby is born, but a whole lot of specific obligations, the parents and siblings learn about all the important aspects when they come home, which change with the child's age - sleeping and eating habits, the need for play, care and socialization.
