Minicity Ljubljana is a theme park in the shape of a small town built by streets, roads, houses and a green park. The house numbers of the city are occupied by a small bakery, a bank, a police and fire station - altogether more than 40 thematic corners, in which children learn different occupations with the help of didactic games and acquire useful knowledge for everyday life. All activities were designed by experts in the fields of pedagogy and psychology in cooperation with the Slovenian economy and with public institutions, which also take care of the equipment of gaming units.
The creative children's city Minicity is intended for children from 2 to 12 years old.
For babies and children under the age of two, free exploration is available in the enclosed Toddlers Corner, which is located in our Little Cafe & Cake shop, so that parents can also exploit the advantage of taking a moment of time for yourself. For children from the age of 2 years, various complex activities are prepared in the thematic corners, which are conducted under the guidance of animators and for which entry is payable. Activities are arranged in advance in various foreign languages, or adapted for children with various special needs.
